Career crossroads rarely begin with a simple question like,
“What job do I want next?”
More often, they begin with something deeper:
Is the path I’m on still aligned with the life I want to build?
After more than 30 years in corporate leadership, my own career took an unexpected turn when my position — along with hundreds of others — was eliminated at a Fortune 500 company.
What followed was a period of uncertainty, reflection, and reinvention that changed the way I think about work, security, and success.
Like many accomplished professionals, I realized I wasn’t simply searching for another position. I was searching for clarity.
Clarity around:
- what mattered most,
- how I wanted to live and work,
- and whether the path ahead truly aligned with my goals, values, and lifestyle.
That journey led me to work with a Career Ownership Coach® and ultimately transformed the direction of my life and career.
Today, I help professionals navigate those same kinds of transitions with greater clarity, perspective, and intention.
My Approach
I believe the best career decisions are rarely made from pressure, fear, or urgency.
They are made through thoughtful exploration and honest reflection.
That’s why my coaching process is designed to help you step back from the noise, evaluate your options differently, and explore what is truly possible for your future.
Together, we focus on four key areas:
- Income
- Lifestyle
- Wealth
- Equity
These conversations often open possibilities people have never fully considered — whether within traditional employment, consulting, portfolio careers, or business ownership.
The goal is never to push a particular path.
The goal is to help you gain clarity and determine what aligns best with the life you want moving forward.
Who I Work With
I typically work with accomplished professionals who are:
- experiencing a career transition,
- feeling burned out or misaligned,
- questioning what “security” really means,
- seeking greater flexibility or fulfillment,
- or simply exploring what may come next.
Many of my clients are highly successful on paper — yet quietly aware that something about their current path no longer fits.
A Different Kind of Career Conversation
This is not recruiting.
This is not transactional job placement.
And this is not about convincing you to make a drastic change.
It’s a thoughtful, no-cost exploration designed to help you think differently about your future and make more intentional decisions about what comes next.
Sometimes the greatest value comes not from having immediate answers — but from asking better questions.
If you’re at a crossroads professionally, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
